I have over 20 years of experience in sports. I'm a certified fitness instructor and nutritionist, a certified squash coach and international squash referee.
My passion is to guide people towards a healthier lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations.
My method is to build a custom plan based on your health, schedule and more importantly, fitness goals.

I offer you personalised training based on your needs, whether you were injured or just want to improve your fitness level. We can train in nature, at your home or in the gym.
In my trainings I like to combine exercises in various combinations that are challenging and give results. I want to be creative and explore using tools like resistant bands, dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, foam rollers, massage balls, gym sticks, TRX, mobility sticks etc.. in order to find the perfect solution for you. I like to mix calisthenics, animal flow and regular weight workout, training strength, conditioning and mobility, in order to minimise your risk for injury.

I had hip pain which prevented me from sleeping. Feda developed a specific training to open up, stretch and strengthen my hips. I'm finally pain free and finally back in shape.
Feda motivated me to finally start training after many years. While training he pays attention to every detail, every movement, breathing and my attitude ... it all leads to the fantastic feeling that I am finally doing something good for myself.
I practiced with several coaches before, but now with Feda, I've discovered new muscles and feel healthier with more energy. He has also taught me to breathe properly which enables me to train more efficiently.
Training with Feda got me in shape, I lost weight and it's fun.
