Best Buy Hp Laptop Computers

I have an HP laptop with a suspected hardware issue in need of diagnostics and possibly repairs. I just want to make sure that Best Buy is a certified HP service provider. Since the laptop is still under the 1-year warranty, I want to be sure that I won't be charged if I go through Best Buy. The hp service centers listed on their website are much farther away from me than my local Best Buy.

In some cases, the Geek Squad is able to fulfill a manufacturer warranty by working directly with them. I would recommend scheduling a in-store reservation so they Geek Squad so they can inspect and diagnose this laptop and provide the most accurate information on how to move forward.

Buying a new laptop can be a tough process, especially when it comes to weeding out the not-so-great devices that are displayed alongside truly stellar hardware. If you're shopping for a new device and can appreciate the extra protection options, support, and convenience of buying from Best Buy, you have the option of many of the best Windows laptops for sale. We've rounded up the best of the best available from the retail giant including our top pick, the Dell XPS 13 9310.

Dell's XPS 13 keeps on getting better, and its latest 9310 refresh is no exception. It's one of the best-looking Ultrabooks on the market thanks to almost no wasted space on the aluminum chassis. The comfortable keyboard stretches from edge to edge, the touchpad makes great use of space below the keys, and the screen seems to take up the entire lid. The display has a taller 16:10 aspect ratio that eliminates the chin, and bezel is otherwise minimal.

Best Buy has a couple of XPS 13 9310 models available. The cheaper option includes a 13.4-inch touch display with 1920x1200 (FHD+) resolution, Intel Core i7-1165G7 processor (CPU), 8GB of RAM, and a 512GB M.2 PCIe NVMe solid-state drive (SSD). This is an Intel Evo certified laptop, meaning it can guarantee snappy performance on battery life. It also means the battery will last through a full eight-hour workday.

If you'd like to take things to the next resolution, there's also an option with UHD+ touch display and 16GB of RAM with otherwise similar specs. The XPS 13 9310 is a great multipurpose laptop for anyone who doesn't need a convertible or discrete GPU.

Razer already makes some of the best gaming laptops on the market today, but its first shot at an everyday Ultrabook is also an incredible machine. The Razer Book 13 has an impeccable aluminum design with sharp lines and no wasted space. It's thin and lightweight, it's well balanced, at it feels premium. The keyboard, camera, touchpad, and speakers are all top of class, making for one great package.

The Dell XPS 15, now refreshed to a 9510 model, is our pick for best 15-inch laptop. Not only does it have some awesome 15.6-inch Sharp IGZO display options with 16:10 aspect ratio, but it also comes with Intel's 11th Gen Core H-series CPUs and NVIDIA RTX 3050 Ti discrete GPU. It's all built into a slim aluminum chassis with carbon fiber palm rests, and it's equipped with Thunderbolt 4 ports for modern connectivity. Top-firing speakers, comfortable keyboard, and enormous touchpad round things out.

The HP ENVY x360 15 is one of my favorite laptops so far this year thanks to excellent performance from AMD Ryzen 5000 Mobile CPUs, stellar touch display, comfy keyboard and touchpad, long battery life, and a thin aluminum convertible build. Best part? Prices start well below the $1,000 mark.

There's also an Intel version available with silver finish rather than black. It costs more, but it was an 11th Gen Intel Core i7-1165G7 CPU, 16GB of RAM, and 512GB M.2 PCIe SSD. This is a great option if you'd like a laptop with high-end performance and a larger display that can rotate around for tent, stand, and tablet modes.

When it comes to business laptops, the ThinkPad is certainly one of the most iconic on the market today. If you're looking for something durable, secure, and lightweight, the X1 Carbon (Gen 9) might do the trick. It's one of our picks for the overall best Lenovo laptops thanks to a new 16:10 display aspect ratio, optional 5G connectivity, Intel Evo certification, and 11th Gen Intel Core performance hardware. The chassis starts at just 2.49 pounds (1.13kg) and it measures just 0.59 inches (14.9mm) thin.

If you need a durable business partner that includes extra security measures and speedy performance (not to mention excellent battery life), the X1 Carbon should be considered. It also happens to have one of the best keyboards on any laptop today, making it a great option for anyone who types all day.

The Blade 14 is the first AMD-powered gaming laptop from Razer, coming in a slightly smaller 14-inch package compared to the larger Blade 15. It still has the same great design with slim chassis and smooth lines, as well as top-firing audio, large touchpad, and comfy RGB keyboard. Razer didn't take the cheap road here when it comes to displays, opting for FHD with 144Hz refresh rate or QHD with 165Hz refresh rate.

As for performance hardware, all models have an AMD Ryzen 9 5900HX CPU for incredible performance on AC power. Things change on battery power, but that's mostly a moot point for a gaming laptop since you will be plugged in most of the time. You can check out our Razer Blade 14 review for more information about performance slowdown.

Best Buy has a ton of great laptops for sale, but it also has quite a few not-so-great laptops lurking in the background, waiting to reel in the unsuspecting shopper. That's why we put together this collection of the best laptops available at Best Buy. If it's where you want to shop, any one of these 10 PCs will satisfy.

If you want the absolute best right now and don't mind a 13-inch Ultrabook without discrete GPU, be sure to have a look at the Dell XPS 13 9310. It's essentially flawless thanks to gorgeous display options, comfy keyboard, large touchpad, and excellent performance. The camera is a bit lacking, but the overall design and premium look make up for it.

Thanks to a new design, a larger display (13.6 inches versus the previous 13.3 inches), a faster M2 chip and a long-awaited upgrade to a higher-res webcam, the 2022 version of the MacBook Air remains our top choice for the most universally useful laptop in Apple's lineup, with one caveat. At $1,199, the $200 increase over the traditional $999 MacBook Air starting price is a disappointment. That's why you'll still find the M1 version of the Air retains a spot on our best laptop list. Still, we like everything else about it and it's our first choice if you're considering an Air and don't mind spending more.

This thin, 3-pound convertible is a solid choice for anyone who needs a laptop for office or schoolwork. The all-metal chassis gives it a premium look and feel, and it has a comfortable keyboard and a responsive, smooth precision touchpad. Though it's light on extra features compared to its premium linemate, the Yoga 9i, it does have one of Lenovo's sliding shutters for its webcam that gives you privacy when you want it. And it has a long battery life to boot at 12 hours, 45 minutes in our tests. The latest version with 12th-gen Intel processors starts at less than $1,000.

Despite the availability of the new bigger and better M2 MacBook Air, the M1 MacBook Air (one of the first to switch from Intel to Apple silicon) is staying around and that's a good thing. As Apple's entry-level laptop it is still our go-to recommendation for a MacOS laptop for basic everyday use. It has great performance and long battery life -- up to 18 hours -- and is a solid choice for school or work.

Acer had one of the best Chromebooks available in 2021 with the Spin 713, and now it's repeated that success with the Chromebook Spin 714. The premium two-in-one doesn't stray far from its predecessor in terms of what it offers, but Acer did make some changes to keep it competitive, like including a USI pen that stores and charges in the 714's body. There are less expensive options, but if you want a Chromebook that'll last for years, this is it. Keep an eye out for a sale on this one: Its normal price is $729, but is frequently on sale for less if you shop at the right time.

Although this Microsoft Surface laptop is not the Surface Laptop, the Surface Pro continues to hit all the right notes if you're looking for a do-it-all Windows tablet that doubles as a Windows laptop. Microsoft updated it for the Surface Pro 9, but little has changed beyond a processor upgrade from 11th-gen Intel Core processors to 12th-gen chips as well as an option for a Microsoft SQ 3 processor with 5G wireless. If you were contemplating a Pro 8, it's still around but now with a lower price, and is our go-to choice. However, here's our review of the Surface Pro 9 so you can see how they measure up.

Lenovo launched the Yoga line 10 years ago with Windows 8 and now, with Windows 11, the flexibility of the design has only gotten better. The company's flagship 14-inch Yoga 9i Gen 7 has an updated look with comfortable, rounded edges and 12th-gen Intel processors that give it a big multicore performance jump. A beautiful OLED display and improved audio make it excellent for work, video conferences and entertainment. Lenovo includes an active pen and a laptop sleeve to complete the premium package. 041b061a72
